Skype is not P2P. Only P2P if you wish to use group video. Group mic chat works, and so does group chat.
Xfire isn't all that horrible.

skype is P2P u have to call another person to talk to them there is no server. I use skype i know.

Storm, I think you are wrong about that... I have no credit on Skype, and I can make calls to friends - it's free.
The thing you're probably thinking about is the group video call, now that costs money, otherwise as far as I've seen with skype (and I've used it for a while), is that it doesn't cost money for anything besides that.

hmm well dang some chat things are good... but they have flaws also.. yall just find a good one..the ones i was thinking have already been marked off the list, so i dunno anything else to say to this thread but good luck! ill check in laterz. -goes to sleep-
